Likely enough, he should not be forgiven
because of his fraud. However I think people who were deceived have a little
fault. Could they notice his lie before he got money? Didn’t they feel
suspicious of him at all? Anyway I think drastic measures for like this case are
called for.
I don’t have experience about fraud and
neither does my family. However there is a famous fraud in my country. The fraud
in which a scammer calls an elderly person, pretends to be a son or daughter,
and asks for money. People fall this shrewd trick and this fraud is getting
crafty every year.
